Questions about life and california...?

Hello...Okay I am originally from minneapolis...and i have been living in green bay and going to school here for a year now, I just have not been happy for a really long time at all...I just am now thinking i don't want to waste my young years unhappy or any years unhappy in fact...I really just want to take a year off and move to los angeles and get residency and go to school there...but there is problem of money but i think i could get a job and stuff...or i could go to kent state in ohio for cheap same price as green bay? I don't know anything about kent state though...or i could go to chicago or a different school in wisconsin or minnesota second semester but i would be stuck here for first semester in green bay :( i jus tdon't wanna do it anymore...what should i do?!?!?! Please give me advice!
