IS VERBAL ABUSE ILLEGAL? HELP IM 17?

My mom is always calling me stupid, dumb, *****, ****, slut, idiot, childish, selfish irresponsible, " Your so stupid, you probably won't graduate". This morning she told me " I have never hated a child so much they say your supposed to love a child unconditionally, the unconditional part is right the love part is not". This happens 3 to 4 times a week. When ever she does something wrong she blames it on stress. I just want out of this I want a mom who loves me for me and will tell me I LOOK BEAUTIFUL she also said my graduation present is that im getting kicked out. I have a little brother and sister as well 12 and 10. she cusses around them to but says it;s my fault they learned it from me. Please help me she's driving me crazy i don't even want to live anymore, is there a way i can legally move out or be sheltered by other family members. You don't know what this is like, Im sick and tired of it. HELP ME THE LIST GOES ON OF HURTFUL THINGS SHE SAYS, PLEASE
