None of the major Feb updates onn Burnout: Paradise PLEASE HELP ME!!!?

ok so I just bought Burnout: Paradise in the games on demand section on Xbox Live, downloaded it, and there's none of the major updates that happened in Feb. i know this because i read about it some where on the internet. So anyway can anyone help me because it really annoys me that everyone else is playing a superior version. Oh and i dont have a restart on.
