Will my parents find out about my ticket?

I recently got a Disregard of Marked Signs ticket (within a week) in Woodbury, NJ. This ticket is zero points. I have Palisades car insurance. If I just go to the courthouse and pay my ticket will my parents be able to find out? And will you be able to see this on the insurance and will it make it go up?
