Why does no one cry over Kuwait's 1990 ethnic cleansing of 400,000 Palestinians?

In 1990, after the Sole Representative of the Palestinian People Yir Arafat Al-Husseini supported Saddam Hussein in the Invasion of Kuwait, the Emir of Kuwait ethnically cleansed by explicit force, never done by Israel as an overall plan, 400000 Palestinians. Why does no one complain about this? They had citizenship in Kuwait. This wasn't the case during the 1948 Arab Israeli War, which like being on the wrong sides of WWI, WWII, and the Cold War, the Palestinian Arabs fought on the wrong side once again. Is this kind of thing only bad if Jews are alleged to have done it?
