Is it possible to replace my factory CD player with an aftermarket CD player for MY car?

I have a Nissan Sentra '05 SE. It has the factory installed Rockford Fostgate Stereo and has a 6-CD changer. Would I be able to install a new CD player and still be able to use my CD changer...?
