I want to look and see how many times a person has sued? Where can I do this for free online?

Ok, so I want to see how many times this person has sued, and over what. Where can I do this? Its in Kansas. Is there a way to do it online, for free, or do I have to go to the courthouse? Links would be good, or tips for me to find some info out. Thanks!
