Anyone getting the run-around from Hays Travel after Goldtrail went bust?

5 months later and no refund. Hays Travel are telling us there's no refund due from the CAA due to faulty paperwork and CAA saying they have arranged with Hays for refunding claimants?? We boooked with a subsidiary agency of Hays Travel called Holiday Click who sold us a holiday in full knowledge that Goldtrail was about to go into administration and without mentioning the supplier was Goldtrail. Then they pressured us into rebooking our holiday by telling us we would receive a refund within 12 weeks. Blatant liars! Holiday Click then went bust and claims supposedly being handled by Hays Travel. Is anyone in the same boat? Anyone got any sort of update or a refund? Never book a holiday online especially not with Hays Travel!
