AMH: Does anyone know how to improve the quality of the follicles in your ovaries?

I don't think there are anyways to reverse the condition of your eggs in your ovaries. As a female you are born with all the eggs your body needs for a lifetime. As you grew older the number of eggs you had decreased. So now you probably have a few thousand eggs in your ovaries and not all of them will mature. The ones that mature will then be released when you ovulate. You may want to consult a doctor. There may be some kind of treatment for this but I haven't heard of any. Good luck!
